SUMMARY:Sport Inclusif en Europe: Lesbiennes et féministes en mouvement
DESCRIPTION:Pour marquer ses dix ans d’existence officielle\, l’association Les Dégommeuses organise une journée de conférence en partenariat avec EL*C\, le 21 juin 2022.\n\nAujourd’hui encore\, en France et ailleurs\, le sport reste un terrain d’expression privilégié pour la misogynie et la reproduction des normes de genre. L’obsession de la division entre sport féminin et masculin demeure et la stigmatisation liée à la pratique de certains sports traditionnellement considérés comme masculins est loin d’avoir disparu. Par ailleurs\, pour promouvoir le foot\, le handball ou la boxe\, les fédérations et les clubs continuent de miser régulièrement sur une communication visant à rassurer les sponsors\, les spectateur.rices et les parents sur la féminité des joueuses. Cette dynamique va de pair avec certaines formes d’invisibilisation et d’injonction au silence pour les joueuses lesbiennes et les personnes trans et non binaires. Et ce même si les institutions continuent de faire comme si les comportements stigmatisants étaient l’apanage d’une poignée de supporters mal éduqués concentrés dans le sport masculin.\n\nDans ce contexte\, il est crucial de créer des espaces de pratique plus accueillants et inclusifs pour toutes et tous mais aussi de mettre en place des actions visant à faire évoluer les représentations liées à la place des femmes et des minorités sexuelles et de genre dans le milieu du sport. Ces reconfigurations sont d’autant plus importantes que le sport peut aussi être un extraordinaire vecteur d’émancipation\, d’affirmation de soi et d’apprentissage de la coopération.\n\nLa conférence\nLa conférence “Sport Inclusif en Europe – Lesbiennes et Féministes en mouvement” sera l’occasion de faire un état des lieux des enjeux féministes liés à la pratique sportive et de valoriser des initiatives positives initiées par des groupes féministes\, lesbiens et/ou trans. DESCRIPTION:On Lesbian Visibility Day 2022\, come the European Parliament for an event hosted by MEP Malin Bjork and featuring the lesbian activists at the centre of today’s most urgent fights for solidarity and equality in the EU.\n\nLesbian activists are working to welcome refugees from Ukraine and beyond\, dealing with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic\, and facing the backlash from the far-right movement in Eastern Europe. They are not only part of the women and LGBTI rights movement but are powerful voices of anti-racism movements\, fight against anti-Roma backlash and work to empower older people\, migrants\, and refugees. For Lesbian Visibility Week\, we want to make sure that lesbians stay on the agenda and that their contribution to equality and solidarity everywhere is made visible.
