What do your organisations need to keep going, grow stronger and continue building lesbian communities across our regions? We are asking EL*C member organisations to take part in our 2026 Resource Assessment Survey to find out.

The more members participate, the better we can understand what is happening across our network and what support is actually needed.

We know that lesbian organising happens in very different realities with limited, unstable or unpredictable resources. With this survey, we want to get a clearer picture of where our members are today: the resources you have, the challenges you face, the capacities you want to strengthen, and the support that would be most useful to you.

Your answers will help us :

• Advocate for more and better-targeted funding for lesbian organising, based on the realities and needs of our movement.
• Shape future trainings and Communities of Practice around what EL*C members actually need and want to strengthen.
• Create more opportunities to connect, exchange knowledge and learn from each other across the EL*C network.

And just to be clear: this is not an evaluation or control exercise. There are no “right” organisational structures, budgets or ways of organising. We want to understand the diversity of our network better and use that knowledge to make EL*C’s support and fundraising more relevant to our members.
