A practical guidebook by My Rainbow on building inclusive youth organisations. It covers why inclusion matters (culture, benefits, challenges, and which young people face marginalisation — including LGBTQ+ youth, migrants, people with disabilities, and those from low-income or rural backgrounds), the values underpinning inclusive practice (respect for diversity, equity, accessibility, participation, transparency, empathy, accountability), and the relevant EU legal framework on non-discrimination. The second half turns practical, with guidance on creating safer spaces, recognizing institutionalized and unconscious harm, and fostering healthy, gender-inclusive interpersonal relationships — each section paired with concrete youth-work examples and exercises.
