Lawyer and entrepreneur in Spain, she founded her own firm, S&P® Legal, where she handles a wide variety of cases, always with a gender perspective. She is an activist for women’s rights and the LGBTQ+ community. In 2018, she founded REDI, the Business Network for LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion, where she served as vice president and currently sits on its board of directors. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the 26th of December Foundation. In 2026, she assumed the presidency of Lesworking, the first international professional network for lesbian and bisexual women. She is former CoChair of EL*C and has been a member of its board of directors since 2021.
