Zhanno Zharmatova is a feminist queer activist and artist from Kyrgyzstan. She is the co-founder and senior communications officer of the feminist queer collective Qun Jelesi. Her work focuses on communications, storytelling, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights in Central Asia. Alongside her activism, she works as a visual artist creating exhibitions, zines, and illustrations exploring memory, identity, and queer experience.
