Power dynamics affect the fabric of our existence and in this session we are invited to explore them with the scope of LBQT+ liberation. The session offers a space to find ways to release our inner voice, to witness ourselves and others, and to practice loving kindness in our relationships through somatic awareness exercises and body movement practices.
