Do you also frequently wonder how we can build lesbian organisations that remain feminist, community-led, and sustainable? And how can we create healthy teams, prevent burnout, and balance activism with organisational responsibilities?
Join us for Organising Like a Dyke, a 1.5-hour online training dedicated to human resource management in lesbian organisations.

โฏDate:โฏ2 July, 2026
๐โฏTime:โฏ18:30-20:00 CEST
๐ปโฏFormat:โฏOnline (Zoom)
The training will be facilitated by Silvia Casalino, Executive Director of EL*C, with great experience as a university lecturer in Human Resource Management, and Anastasia Danilova, Program Director of EL*C, who previously managed an LGBTQI organisation for thirteen years.
Together, we will explore:
- What makes lesbian organisations different
- Feminist and trust-based approaches to leadership
- Working with staff, volunteers, and activists
- Preventing burnout and supporting collective care
- How to stay horizontal in a vertical world
- Managing conflict and building healthy teams
This session is designed for leaders, staff members, volunteers, and activists involved in lesbian organisations and initiatives who want to strengthen their organisations while staying rooted in feminist values and community accountability.
We look forward to reflecting together on how we organise, lead, and care for our communities. And donโt forget to register:
Bring your experiences, your questions and your body however it moves. ๐
