4th EL*C Conference – Accessibility Guide
The 4th EL*C Conference is a safe(r) and welcoming place, fostering personal and professional enrichment, learning and joy. Our goal is to create an event as accessible as possible and we are working on ensuring our events are free of barriers by any means.
We are doing our best to meet accessibility needs and accommodation requests while acknowledging our limitations and the fact that accessibility is a radical political project that we are thriving for, but we might not be able to reach fully.
Every participant who notified the organisers via the Eventbrite order form about their disabilities and special needs will be contacted by the Accessibility Coordinator team of the event before the conference (via email).
During the conference, you can ask for support, help, and information at the Registration + Information desk on floor -1 of the conference hotel.
