Harnessing Resources and Collaboration Towards an Economic Dykerise (Part 2)

This second part of the discussion is all about action—how we build economic systems that work for lesbians, not against us. After confronting the intersecting forces of patriarchy, lesbophobia, and economic exclusion in the first session, this conversation will spotlight the tools, strategies, and community power needed to create change.

We’ll explore economic empowerment opportunities and the possibility of setting up an economic networking platform that would connect and support LBQ women globally with business, finance and entrepreneurship. We will also investigate the use of AI in helping us gather the missing data about our economic realities, and how we can use that knowledge to drive and finance our economic empowerment plans.

At this session, will also hear about examples and experiences of existing economic empowerment programs and businesses, as well as what is in the plans for the future. This session isn’t just about economic inclusion—it’s about reclaiming space, creating opportunity, and reshaping the economy in ways that reflect our lives, needs, and visions. Come ready to connect, strategize, and move from insight to impact.
