Anna Melikyan

I am Anna Melikyan from Armenia. I am a social worker by profession. From the beginning, I was involved in the protection of women’s rights as a volunteer, and now I have been involved in the protection of the rights of LGBTQ+ people for almost 5 years. As a professional and as an individual, I try to inform the society and the professional community about the problems of LGBTQ+ people. I am inspired by the idea of achieving social justice and strengthening those ideas with law. My commitment extends to promoting intersectionality, recognizing and celebrating the diversity of experiences within our community. Through collaborative efforts, I aim to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and supportive environment, ensuring that the concerns and aspirations of all lesbian* individuals are acknowledged and addressed.
