8 October 2027: Opening of the Conference and welcome reception
8–11 October 2027: Afternoon and evening sessions, cultural events and community activities
12–14 October 2027: Plenaries, panels, workshops and learning sessions
15–16 October 2027: Grand finale of the Conference, including screenings, performances, concerts and much more
17 October 2027: Departure Day
