Bea Tilanus

Bea Tilanus (bea.tilanus@rainbowrose.eu) is a board member of Rainbow Rose, active in the Dutch Social Democratic party PvdA and transgender activist. She runs a regional self-help group for transgender people, part of the Dutch LGBTI NGO COC. In addition, she is active in the Catholic Church and is an active member of the ‘Building A Bridge’ group, a group that seeks to build a bridge between denominations and the LGBTI community. She enjoys some national fame as the author of ‘Het Grote Roze Boek voor de Katholieke Kerk’ (The Great Pink Book for the Catholic Church) . Unfortunately not yet translated into English.
