We are happy to invite you to our upcoming online training focused on social enterprise business model as a strategy for financial sustainability.
In a context where funding opportunities are increasingly limited, developing alternative income streams is essential. This session will introduce the social enterprise business model as a practical tool for NGOs to diversify their funding sources while staying rooted in their mission and values.
During the training, we will explore key concepts of the social economy, legal considerations, and inspiring examples of social enterprises from different contexts. We will also look at how to measure social impact and reflect on the challenges organizations may face when developing income-generating activities.
Trainer:
Ana Ciurac – Director of the Social Entrepreneurship Program at the East Europe Foundation – brings extensive experience in social development, social enterprise management within EU-funded projects, and impact-driven funding mechanisms.
