Whether it’s a dismissive comment at work, a heated debate online, or a manipulative remark in a personal setting — anti-feminist and anti-gender rhetoric can appear anywhere. This workshop will help you strengthen your agency, preserve your energy, and respond strategically to such situations.
Together, we will explore:
✨ Making strategic choices in antifeminist situations
✨ Practical verbal self-defence tools (setting boundaries, paradoxical interventions, framing, etc.)
About the Trainer:
The workshop will be facilitated by a representative of Garance, a feminist NGO based in Belgium and co-founded by activists with more than thirty years of experience in feminist and LGBTQIA+ movements.
Garance is a key reference in the primary prevention of gender-based violence and brings together expertise in feminist self-defence, sociology, and community-based education, working across NGOs, public institutions, and the health sector.
