One of the most important activities of EL*C is the organisation of Lesbian Conferences in Europe and Central Asia.
To date, ELC has organised four Conferences, the first of which was held in Vienna from 5 to 8 October 2017.
The main goal of the conference is to make lesbians visible, combat lesbophobia and to promote solidarity networks.
