As an Operations Officer and dedicated LGBTI activist, Milena brings a wealth of experience and commitment to the role. Having served as the Operations Director at Transgender Europe for 4 years, Milena demonstrated leadership abilities by overseeing critical operational aspects and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Before joining Transgender Europe, Milena focused on advancing human rights in North Macedonia. In various organizations, Milena played a key role in finance, using the expertise to support programs fostering inclusivity and social justice.

At EL*C, Milena will support the organization’s administrative and financial functions, ensuring efficient operational workflows.
